Here is the base I used to make some of my ref images for my Otaku Senshi.
You ARE free to use this for whatever you want. You can edit it and even use it as a colouring page of Sailor Venus however there are some rules that must be abided by:
1. You must NOT re-colour this base UNLESS you are coloring it in as SAILOR VENUS. I do not want to see this: i595.photobucket.com/albums/tt…

3. Do not claim this base as your own work.
4. Be creative
please don't make 9 billion Sol Fuku's on it UNLESS your Sailor is from the Sol System >_>

Nice work
I would love to use this...I did had a idea of trying to do my personal character Tejina a.k.a Chikara. Although all I know is that the editing will normally take me 1-2 hours to do. I always love using your bases since their just too good for inspiration. XD
